About locations

Assigning headsets to a location creates a group of headsets to which you can deploy courses. When you deploy courses, you select locations to receive the courses, and all headsets assigned to those locations receive them. Locations also provide a way to filter training analytics based on the location groupings. Generally, headsets arrive from Strivr already assigned to locations in the Strivr Portal.

Viewing location details

1. On the Strivr Portal, click the gear icon on the top right and select Manage locations.

   

2. To narrow the list of results, search by location name.

3. For any location, click Show Details.

   

   1. The Strivr Player Settings file includes configuration and behavior information for the Strivr Player application. Click the filename to view the contents of the file.

   2. The Content section lists the courses deployed (or scheduled for deployment) to devices assigned to the location, along with each course’s installation status.

   3. Devices lists the asset tags of headsets assigned to the location.

   4. Location tags lists all location tags applied to this location.
