About the Device Overview page
The Device Overview page of the Strivr Portal acts as your dashboard for device health. You’ll see some key performance indicators at a glance; click Explore to drill into device details for more information. Filter the KPIs by location or by device type.
Online/Offline: Strivr’s device analytics are calculated once per day. Starting at UTC midnight, Strivr looks to see how many hours of the previous day each device was connected to Strivr. If connected for 4 or more, then the device is marked as online for that day.
Devices Offline 30+ days: Number of devices over the previous 30 days that have not been connected to Strivr for 4+ hours on any one of those days. Metric updated once daily between midnight and 2:00am UTC.
Locations Offline 30+ days: Number of locations in which all devices assigned to that location over the previous 30 days have not been connected to Strivr for 4+ hours on any one of those days. Metric updated once daily between midnight and 2:00am UTC.
Devices with Content Status Pending: Number of devices that have had a Strivr content file queued to download for more than 48 hours.
Devices with Telemetry Status Pending: Number of devices that have had a Strivr telemetry file queued to upload for more than 48 hours.
Daily Connectivity change circle: Percentage change of devices that went offline to online (or vice versa) between the previous two days. Metric updated once daily between midnight and 2:00am UTC.

Headset count by Player version
This bar chart shows the total count of each version of Strivr Player that is installed on at least one headset at your organization. Each bar is color coded to show how many headsets of each type (Pico Neo 3, Pico G2 4K, Pico G2 Plus, Oculus Go) are running that version.
