How can I make sure my devices connect to the internet?
To ensure your devices are ready to receive new training content and system updates and transmit data back to Strivr, follow these steps every time you are done with training. Note that unless you are suspending training for a period of months, you never need to completely power down a headset.
-
For each headset, check that its connection status on the About screen reads "Connected to Strivr". Reach the About screen by selecting About on the Training menu.
-
After cleaning each headset, plug it in to charge. For Pico G2, Pico G2 4K, and Pico Neo 3 headsets, plugging them in is enough to ensure they connect.
NOTE: For content updates and training results transfer to occur, Pico headsets must be at or above 20% charge.

The Management Device transfers content, software and usage data to and from your headsets. It must always be powered on and connected to the internet.
-
Make sure the Management Device is plugged into the power source. A green light on the Management Device indicates it is plugged in.
NOTE: Some Management Devices have a blue power light.
-
If you connect to the internet through an Ethernet cable, make sure the cable is connected to your Management Device. If you connect through a USB LTE Modem, make sure it's connected to your Management Device. The modem shows a blinking green light while it is powering up and searching for a network, and solid green light when it's connected.

USB Hub
-
Check the power connection to the USB Hub. There should be a red light illuminated on the Hub. The power cable should be plugged into the USB Hub and to the power strip or outlet.
-
Make sure the USB Hub is plugged into the Management Device.

Headsets
-
For Oculus Go headsets, make sure the headset is powered on. If you're unsure, hold each headset up to your eyes and the lenses should illuminate. Note that the headset must be close enough to your face to trigger the proximity sensor. Pico G2 and 4KS headsets power on automatically when plugged in.
-
If a headset's lenses do not illuminate, try rebooting the headset. Press and hold the power button on top of the headset for 20 seconds or until the device chimes.
-
If a headset's lenses still do not illuminate, unplug the headset from its charge cable, wait 10 seconds, then plug the headset back in.
