How can I make sure my devices connect to the internet?
To ensure your devices are ready to receive new training content and system updates and transmit data back to Strivr, follow these steps every time you are done with training. Note that unless you are suspending training for a period of months, you never need to completely power down a headset.
To check that your headset is connected to Strivr:
On the User Type screen, select Facilitator. Then select Connectivity.
You should see Connected to Strivr.
If you see Not Connected to Wifi, select the blue checkmark, then choose a network and key in the password. If you see Wifi not enabled or Not Connected to Strivr, contact support.
Open the About screen from the training menu screen. If the About screen says Wifi not enabled, open the Wifi screen by tilting the thumbstick up while pulling the trigger, and then enable wifi. If you see the status Not Connected to Strivr, contact support.
After cleaning each headset, plug it in to charge. For Pico G2, Pico G2 4K, and Pico Neo 3 headsets, plugging them in is enough to ensure they connect.
NOTE: For content updates and training results transfer to occur, headsets must be at or above 20% charge.
