Viewing device history
You can view a chronological history of events and actions taken by users that have occurred for a specific device, including when the following events occurred and (where relevant) who performed the event:

Device set up

Device location updated

Content assigned, installed, and removed, including course names and versions

Device went online or offline

Player setting assigned

Device deleted or restored

On the Device Details page click the three-dot menu for a device and select Device History.

Device history events are sorted by date and time, with the most recent events at the top of the page.

To filter the list of events by category, use the events drop-down option. You can also filter the list of events by date. By default, the table will include events that occurred within the past 365 days. Also by default, online and offline events are not selected; use the checkboxes to include them. Note: online and offline events are only available for the past 90 days.
NOTES:
If you reprovision a device, a brand new device entry will be created and device history will start over (ie, past historical events would no longer be available)
Device Online and Offline events are meant to be shown only when the headset transitions from one state to the other, meaning the device changed from online to offline (or vice versa).
Device History is available going back to March, 2023
