Inviting a new user

  1. On the Strivr Portal, click the gear icon on the top right and select Manage users.

  2. Click Add new user.

  3. Choose the connection type to determine how the new user will log into the Strivr Portal and click Next.

    Standard is for users who will not be using Single Sign-On and will enter their Strivr username and password.

    Single Sign-On (SSO) is for users who will be signing in with an identity provider like Google Workspace or Okta.

  4. Enter the user’s details and use the checkmarks to select roles. Then click Send Invite.

    View the list of roles and corresponding Portal access each role will receive here.

  5. The user will receive an email invitation to set up their Strivr account.
