Why don't I have the latest training content?

When new training content is made available, it takes some time to download to headsets. Your company may also have specific time windows in which content downloads can occur. If you have access, you can check if a content update is queued for a device in the Strivr Portal.

NOTE: Content cannot download to the Pico Neo 3 if the headset is below 20% power. Make sure to keep your headset plugged in and connected to wifi when not in use. You can check connection status on the About screen in the headset.
