Why am I getting a Cannot Find Controller message?

Note: This article applies only to Oculus Go headsets.

If the Oculus Go headset cannot locate the controller, it displays this popup in the virtual environment:

If you see this message, try these solutions:

1. Check that the battery is correctly installed.

2. Re-pair the controller with the headset. Make sure the headset is nearby and then press and hold both the back button and the Oculus button at the same time until a light starts to blink on the controller. When the blinking stops it is reconnected and you may resume training.
