How long should learners spend in the VR headset?

Strivr recommends:

• no more than 20 minutes in the VR headset in one sitting.

• no more than 2 sittings per day.

• a 30 minute break between sittings.

This is important to avoid disorientation and to retain learning from the training experiences.
