WorkWise user roles define the types of functions a user can perform.

Knowledge Store Admin |
Can create content, edit content, approve and deny content, delete content. Can invite new users and assign user roles to users. |
Knowledge Store Creator |
Can create new content and edit and delete the content that they have created. |
Knowledge Store Viewer |
Can view approved content. |
