Frequently Asked Questions
FAQs about WorkWise
What device do you recommend we use? Do we have to use an AVP?
A: You can use any device with a camera, whether it’s a phone, tablet, or laptop, to capture a procedure. The AVP is completely optional. For viewing and using your WorkWise Library, any web-enabled device works. Whether you're recording or consuming SOPs, WorkWise meets you where you are.
Can WorkWise integrate with my LMS/XMS?
A: Yes. Your WorkWise Library will be able to be embedded in your LMS, XMS, or other internal platforms. Our goal is to make embedding quick, easy to manage, and fully connected — enabling tracking and interactive features, like a YouTube embed but built for ops.
Can this replace our existing SOP systems or work alongside it?
A: Both. WorkWise can stand alone or be embedded into your existing system(s) to make SOPs faster to create, easier to update, and more usable in the flow of work.
What kinds of processes are a fit for WorkWise?
A: Any frontline or repeatable process — from equipment changeovers to quality checks. If someone’s doing it step-by-step or teaching it to others, it’s a fit.
How is WorkWise different from existing tools?
A: Most tools help you author polished training or store static SOPs. WorkWise captures real work as it happens — fast. It’s built for frontline teams, not instructional designers, with a focus on speed, usability, and immediate impact. You create, optimize, and use procedures that reflect how work actually gets done — ready for action, not perfection.
Is WorkWise an authoring tool like Articulate or Glean?
A: No. WorkWise isn’t built for polished e-learning courses or traditional instructional design. It’s designed for speed — to quickly capture and share real processes in a way that’s searchable, repeatable, and actionable. Think of it like a TikTok for SOPs. The goal is simple: never manually write a procedure again.
Q: Does WorkWise require smart glasses or other wearables? Will it support them in the future?
A: No, WorkWise works today with the devices you already have — no smart glasses or wearables required. We are actively testing emerging technologies and plan to support tools that become most useful to frontline teams, whether that’s smart glasses, other wearables, or whatever comes next. The best thing you can do now is start building your WorkWise Library. It will scale with you as new devices are adopted, and we’ll keep you updated as the technology evolves.
