Editing AI and user-generated content in WorkWise
Content
New content will have it's individual elements (chapters, tags, instructions, summary, and description) AI-generated automatically. Users may modify these elements in accordance with their role.
A note on user roles
Content creators may edit their own content at any time. The Knowledge Store Admin role is required to edit content created by another user.
Editing content
You can edit almost all AI-generated text in WorkWise including the title, description, summary, instructions, and transcript. The transcript is the source of truth for all other generated material. If you edit the transcript, the video will re-process in order to apply your changes to the rest of the material.
To make edits to a video transcript, click on a video in your library, and then click on the edit button towards the bottom right of the transcript window.
Once you are in edit mode, you can make text changes to the transcript.
Please note: Features like Chapters, Tags, Instructions, Summary, and Description are based off the video transcript. In order to ensure that any incorrect word or phrase that was corrected in the transcript is also fixed in other places, the video will automatically re-process and re-generate those features after saving your edits.
