Why is my headset showing a black screen?

If your Pico G2/4KS or Oculus Go headset is showing nothing (a black screen) in the display, try the following solutions in order:

1. If the power button is pressed accidentally during training, short press it again to wake the display and continue training.

2. Pico G2/Pico 4KS/Pico Neo 3: Press and hold the power button until the blue indicator light turns on (about 5 seconds.)
   Oculus Go: Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds to turn it on.

3. If it is still dark, the battery may be low. Plug the headset in for at least 15 minutes to charge and then repeat the steps above.
