How long do I need to keep my devices plugged in?

We recommend you plug in your Strivr Immersive Learning system at all times when not in use. Connecting your system allows training information to be transmitted back to Strivr, and it's important for our tech support to be able to see your devices.

While data transmission is typically brief, internet connection speeds can vary, and it's good to get in the habit of connecting your system after every training session and leaving it connected overnight. When Strivr has a planned content update for you, we will suggest a window in which the update will occur, during which you must leave the system powered on and connected.

If your system uses an LTE modem to connect to the internet, make sure it's on and transmitting.
